“https everywhere” for Firefox – make WordPress websites look good when you browse them

Many months ago I had a problem with how my WordPress blog looked – it looked weird, like all the formatting had gone away, and that it was trying to just be a large text file.  I  tried using “https” instead of just “http” in the URL, and it worked, I got all my nice formatting, etc., back.  But I still had a problem with websites that are based on WordPress, like ListVerse.

Solution:  Add this add-on to Firefox

https://www.eff.org/https-everywhere

Now there is no more need to have to use “https” in the URL.  WHY this has to be I have no idea.  In addition, tinkering around with Firefox’ Tools/Options/Security did NOTHING to help me, but this add-on did.  Good luck!  John V. Karavitis
