My wind is getting better! Woo hoo!

Went for my daily run this morning.  After the usual 15 minutes to warm up, I felt pretty good.  In fact, my “wind” has gotten really good over the last week or so.  I can jog farther before stopping to walk.  Makes me feel good about my upcoming 5K in a couple of weeks (stay tuned for more details!).
