IFRS – International Financial Reporting Standards

Two-day seminar on the upcoming International Financial Reporting Standards, which will (1) replace U.S. GAAP (Generally-accepted accounting principles) and (2) cede authority for such matters from the U.S. SEC to the IASB (International Accounting Standards Board).

Seems to be a decent class, and there really aren’t THAT many differences between U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
